The high-speed rail passenger transportation hub is an important part of the urban passenger transportation system,and it is the intersection of the urban transportation network and the main place for the external passenger flow distribution.It bears important functions such as connecting various modes of transportation,completing passenger flow distribution and dissolving,ensuring passengers' smooth travel,and plays an important role in the efficient operation of the city's external transportation system.It is precisely because the high-speed rail passenger hub has concentrated various modes of transportation here,a large number of traffic flows and people flow meet,and it is easy to cause traffic congestion on the roads around the high-speed rail passenger hub,affecting the traffic efficiency of passengers and vehicles.Therefore,this paper selects the road traffic organization optimization of the Taojia high-speed passenger transport hub station area according to the construction needs of the Jiulongpo section of the Chongqing-Kunming high-speed railway.Firstly,the paper studies the road traffic characteristics of the high-speed rail passenger hub,and analyzes the road traffic characteristics of the high-speed rail passenger hub from three aspects: road network characteristics,passenger flow characteristics and traffic volume composition characteristics.At the same time,according to the location relationship of the high-speed railway station,the road traffic characteristics of urban central area,urban sub-center type and urban fringe high-speed railway passenger transport hub are discussed separately.The paper divides the traffic impact radiation range of the high-speed rail passenger hub into passenger radiation range and road traffic impact radiation range.The road traffic impact range is divided into two layers of core area and affected area.This paper mainly studies the core area.Secondly,the paper analyzes the passenger transportation mode and the road network transportation organization mode of the high-speed rail passenger hub.The passenger transportation model is discussed from the rail transit connection,the social vehicle connection,the conventional bus connection and the taxi connection,and the different road network layout types of the high-speed rail passenger hub.The road traffic organization model is elaborated.Thirdly,the paper proposes a road network index optimization method based on traffic carrying capacity,and analyzes the road network index optimization in the high-speed rail passenger hub area from two indicators: road network density and road grade grading ratio.Finally,taking Taojia high-speed railway station as an example,the road network around the high-speed railway station is optimized and adjusted from the aspects of road network structure and road scale.The road traffic organization operation mode around the high-speed railway station and the high-speed rail passenger transport organization mode are optimized,and then based on The surrounding background traffic volume forecast,analyze the road traffic saturation level after the completion of the high-speed rail station,and evaluate its traffic impact.This paper studies the optimization of road traffic organization around the high-speed rail passenger hub,which can improve the traffic efficiency of surrounding roads and provide good conditions for the construction of Chongqing Taojia high-speed railway station.
