Cemented soil has been widely used in road engineering, hydraulic engineering and construction engineering because of lower price and better characteristic.Cemented soil engineering was also increasingly affected by the surrounding environment with the wide application.Environmental factors include chemical solutions, seawater, domestic sewage and other corrosive effects, damaged by freezing and thawing in seasonal frozen soil area, vehicle and other dynamic in loads subgrade engineering.Multiple environmental factors will lead to deterioration, collapse or instability of cemented soil structure, and the safety and durability of cemented soil engineering were also affected. Therefore, the research on fatigue characteristics and damage mechanism of cemented soil under environmental erosion is the key to the application of cemented soil engineering in complex environment, which has important theoretical significance and engineering application value. In this paper, the effects of freeze-thaw cycles and sodium sulfate solution corrosion on the mechanical properties and fatigue properties of cemented soil were analyzed through indoor simulation tests on the basis of the related research progress at home and abroad in recent years. The main work:(1)prepared 300 standard cubic specimens with different cement content(8%,12%,16%,20%),unconfined compression test, splitting tensile test, fatigue test and scanning electron microscope test were carried out.(2)By compression test and splitting tensile test of cemented soil under different freeze-thaw conditions, the change law of unconfined compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of cemented soil with freeze-thaw times, cement content and freezing temperature were obtained, and the regression equation of compressive strength and splitting tensile strength was established.(3)By the fatigue test of cemented soil under freeze-thaw condition obtained the change law of fatigue life with cement content,freeze-thaw times and loading frequency.By compression test and splitting tensile test of cemented soil under freeze-thaw cycles and fatigue loads in orthogonal test method obtained the variation law of compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of cemented soil with fatigue times,freeze-thaw times and amplitudeload.(4)By scanning electron microscopy test obtained the micro-structure characteristics of cemented soil with different cement content,freeze-thaw times and sodium sulfate corrosion solution concentration, analyzed the influence mechanism of freeze-thaw cycle and sodium sulfate corrosion.
