In the traditional inertial acceleration measurement system,the inductive mass of the accelerometer is elastically connected to the measuring system housing.When there is an acceleration input,the acceleration signal is obtained through the inductive mass,and the elastic connection affects the accuracy of the acceleration measurement.In this paper,an acceleration measurement system with a suspended magnet as a measuring component is designed,which belongs to the absolute acceleration measurement system.Compared with the traditional accelerometer system,this system has no mechanical connection with the housing,no friction loss,and high measurement sensitivity.The measurement system measures the relative displacement of the suspended magnet by the change of the magnetic field,minimizes the influence of the mechanical link,and improves the sensitivity of the acceleration measurement.The system can easily measure acceleration from all directions.In this paper,a repulsive magnetic levitation acceleration measurement system is designed,and a magnetic levitation system composed of permanent magnets,electromagnetic coils,Hall displacement sensors and control circuits is established.The working principle of each component is analyzed.The dynamic equations of the system are derived.According to the output characteristics of the Hall sensor and the equation of motion of the suspended magnet,the feasibility of the repulsive magnetic levitation acceleration measurement system is theoretically verified.The magnetic field simulation of the position of the suspended magnet in the repulsion measurement system was carried out by Maxwell magnetic field simulation software.The force condition indicates that the annular permanent magnet can provide vertical force to the suspended magnet.When the suspended magnet is off center,the horizontal force is proportional to the relative displacement.Based on this,thecontrol circuit of the repulsive magnetic levitation acceleration measurement system is established.The repulsion acceleration measurement system was tested by the standard excitation test platform.The operational reliability of the experimental device was tested and the natural frequency of the system was measured.According to the experimental data,the accuracy and reliability of the acceleration measurement system are improved by optimizing the circuit.The application of the experimental device was analyzed,and the acceleration of the measured object,small car and subway locomotive was measured in the field.The experimental results show that the repulsive magnetic levitation acceleration measurement system has higher resolution and better stability than the existing gyro ritual accelerometer.
