In order to reduce energy consumption and improve unit energy production efficiency,the only way to save energy and reduce emissions is to adopt low-energy and high-efficiency technology and equipment,considering the serious waste of energy in China,.Industrial energy consumption is an important part of China’s energy consumption.The reduction of the ratio of energy consumption per unit of added value of industry and the improvement of industrial energy efficiency are very important for energy saving and emission reduction.Cooling or condensation as an indispensable part of industrial production,its energy-saving and efficient operation is imperative.As one of them,evaporative condenserhas incomparable advantages in energy saving,water saving and compactness,which combines cooling tower and heat exchange equipment.Therefore,to better play the role of evaporative condenser and achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction in China,in-depth study of its internal heat and mass transfer rules,analysis of the factors affecting its heat transfer performance,and provide perfect and accurate design methods and energy-saving and efficient optimization strategies are of great significance.There are three parts of the research on evaporative condenser in this paper.Firstly,the process of heat and mass transfer was studied,and the model of gas inlet condenser of unsaturated condenser was established.Based on the reasonable assumption of the established model,the analytical solution of the evaporation and condensation process of saturated gas is obtained,and the hand calculation and program calculation are carried out accordingly to complete the design of saturated gas evaporation condenser.The error of the two is less than 5%.The curve of the temperature of spray water and the enthalpy of air along the height of the cooling tower is obtained through the results of programming,which enables us to have a clearer understanding of the characteristics of heat and mass transfer in the evaporative condenser.Furthermore,the analytical process of the evaporative cooling part of the superheated steam inlet and supercooled steam outlet is provided,and the program of the evaporative condenser under the conditions of the inlet and outlet is designed,and the comparison error with the estimated value is no more than 10%.Further given at the same time contains three evaporative condenser in the process of design process and procedure,the results showed that at the same time heat exchanger results cannot satisfy the requirement of the three parts of load coupling,and a proportional relationship between liquid cooling load and air cooling load.We present the design flow and program of the condenser with two known loads.Finally,on the basis of the above uses the single variable method analysis of the multiple factors influencing the heat transfer area,through the analysis of the image,it is concluded that the air volume change on the inside to the outside of the tube hadlittle influence upon heat transfer coefficient,and influence on the mass transfer coefficient of air and water,and air volume change brings the change of the heat transfer effect is mainly due to the change of wind speed,the best wind speed value range of 2.5 m/s ~ 3.5 m/s.The increase of spray water flow has an enhancement effect on the heat transfer coefficient from inside the pipe to outside the pipe and the mass transfer coefficient of air-water,which also means that the heat transfer area decreases,but the decreasing trend gradually decreases,and the optimal spray water amount is 2kg/s~3kg/s.Through the calculation and analysis of the equipment with different enthalpy value of inlet air,the influence of enthalpy value of air or wet bulb temperature on the heat transfer area is obvious,and on this basis,the energy saving measures for variable air volume operation are put forward,the calculation program of air volume is given,and the fitting formula of enthalpy value and air volume is obtained by fitting the calculation results.In a practical sense,this strategy can not only realize the energy-saving operation of new equipment,but also be very convenient for the transformation of old equipment that has been put into production.
