Until the end of Year 2016,there are approaching 800 thousand road-bridges,200 thousand rail-bridges in China.As China which the most bridges owned in the world,40%of served bridges are fulfilled over 20 years,about 30%of them are in illness with Grade 3 Level or Grade 4 Level,over 100 thousand bridges are in dangers.Most of them are in lack of management and maintenance,the status is associated with natural environment and traffics,overloaded,lack of special currency for maintenance,archive material lost etc.In factors,the article associated with the problem of maintenance except lack of money or technology,human resources' capability,mainly focus at dynamic management in information technology field by big data enrolled to environment,traffic,health monitor data etc.The article engage the monitoring data from bridge constructor supervising system,would utilize the technology of big data,evaluating the health status by traffic data,climate data,geography data etc,accumulated maintenance history and the values of data monitored by sensors.Adopting dynamic management for protective maintenance in advance,that would be lower cost of maintenance and be longer on life of bridge construction,effective on society and economic.The article survived the thought from the current health analysis method to implement maintenance working in good performance,the associated research is valuable in my opinion.
