Buck-Boost matrix converter(BBMC)is a new type of power converter with simple topology and a series of excellent electrical properties,such as input current and output voltage sinusoidal,energy bidirectional flow,input power factor and voltage transfer ratio adjustable,application prospects are promising.However,the converter is a highly nonlinear system with variable structure.Under certain conditions,subharmonic,bifurcations and chaos will occur,which causes the problems of unidentified electromagnetic noise,intermittent oscillation and critical operation abrupt collapse during the operation of the converter,which seriously affects the stability of the converter.Therefore,on the basis of the comprehensive use of chaos control and other related theories,this paper analyzes the nonlinear phenomena of BBMC,and studies the effective control methods to suppress or eliminate the chaotic system.The main contents include:First,the topology and performance characteristics of BBMC,as well as the basic principles and specific design methods of the rectifying and inverting level correlation control strategy are introduced,and the discrete mathematical model of the inverter level under the control of current mode and voltage current mode is established,and the nonlinear phenomena in the inverter level are analyzed.Second,aiming at the bifurcation and chaos phenomenon of BBMC inverter stage under input DC voltage,an improved exponential delayed feedback control method is proposed.The basic principle and specific design method of the control method are introduced,and the control characteristics of the control method are analyzed,and the control effect is verified by simulation.Third,a piecewise delayed feedback control method is proposed to solve the bifurcation and chaos phenomena of BBMC inverters under input pulse voltage.The basic principle and the concrete realization method of the control method are introduced.The control characteristics of the control method are analyzed,and the control effect is verified by the simulation.Finally,using TMS320F28335 DSP as the system controller and IHW30N120R2 IGBT as the main circuit power switch,an experimental prototype of the single-phase Buck-Boost converter is developed,and the theoretical analysis is verified by experiments.
