| At present,most of the urban road constructed and under construction in Xiangtan are asphalt roads.Because of the increasing traffic volume and the increasingly severe overload,in addition to the humid and rainy weather conditions and weak land quality conditions in Xiangtan,some roads have been damaged in different degrees,the safety and comfort of vehicle driving are seriously affected.It is difficult to repair after the road base appeared disease.At present,the “open cavity” mode of repairs is generally adopted,that is all the surface layer and basic layer are excavated,the roadbed is repaired and then repaired on a new road.This kind of repair method not only has high engineering quantity,and the maintenance cost is also high;the repair time is long and the traffic effect is significant,and the traffic jam is often caused by the maintenance of urban roads.The quality is not good,the effect is not obvious,in addition it can’t be dealt with in a single time,often appear repeatedly bad situation;and the cost is high and the waste is hard to use...The traditional restoration project is optimized in several main road restoration projects in Xiangtan through the practice and exploration on construction site.The new technology has the following characteristics co MPared with the traditional processing technology:(1)it solves the traffic congestion caused by urban road maintenance,saves the maintenance time,and can be opened to traffic early;(2)The repair effect is good,one-time in place,it will not appear repeatedly bad situation;(3)The repair materials are used to waste concrete and concrete blocks of waste concrete above C20,which can not only be used for waste,but also can solve the problems that construction waste can be abandoned.In this paper,the following research is done on the processing technology:1)The dry mixed mortar with practical engineering is prepared through laboratory test.2)The different grade concrete of the waste was sieved and broken,and the performance of the recycled crushed stone and the original crushed stones was co MPared and analyzed.3)The study summarizes the detection and evaluation of asphalt pavement diseases,and provides a reliable basis for the repair work.4)The shape characteristics of the road bend curve are studied systematically under vehicle load when damage degree of asphalt pavement structure is different,through the field test,which the bending curve of the damaged road is analyzed.5)The working condition of the road under vehicle load is analyzed using ANSYS finite element method to simulate the road after repair.And the effects of different damage degree on the size,shape,and repair of asphalt road were analyzed. |
