| Ropax vessel are now considering as one of the most successful ship type of the world and developing rapidly worldwide,due to the application area,transportation efficiency and operation flexibilities.However,because of its high service speed,High gravity center and high risk in stability,Accidents happened frequently since its very first service,and cause many casualties.It has long discussion on the passenger ship’s safety problems and people do a lot of reaches.The concept of safety return to port(SRtP)came from IMO in 2000,and established detail rules and relevant amendments(also entered into force in 2010).Many new building orders are now come into the market recently.SRtP as kind of target type of rules which don’t have detail guidelines / instructions for designers to follow.It became to a very import issue in new building projects.Based on the research & analysis of typical ship systems under SRtP requirements of one domestic constructed 3100 lane meters Ropax vessel,established the design principle and basis under the SRtP requirements,the exist problems and the way of solving them,optimize the over redundancy problems,System and model analysis basic process and evaluation method.The research results can be adopt into our projects as an reference for design optimizations and working guidance.Also use for the developing projects as references. |
