2016 is a crucial year for China to build a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,providing structural reforms in the supply side and managing Four Calculations and Five tasks.In recent years,overcapacity has become a major obstacle to the healthy and sustainable development of China's economy.The current number of overcapacity and Zombie Companies occupy valuable social resources and opportunities,occupying the living space of emerging industries,disrupting the market order,undermining fair competition in the market,affecting the healthy development of the whole social economy.Clearing "zombie enterprise" is the inherent requirement of structural reform of supply side.Clearing "zombie enterprise" is the inherent requirement of structural reform of supply side.Premier Li Keqiang pointed out that we should adopt measures such as mergers and acquisitions,debt restructuring and bankruptcy liquidation to actively and reliably dispose of Zombie Enterprises.Therefore,it is urgent to speed up the annexation and reorganization of enterprises and clean up Zombie Enterprises from the market.Under this background,this paper studies the audit of bankruptcy and liquidation of Chinese enterprises.In this paper,the domestic and foreign literature are sorted out,and the steps of enterprise bankruptcy liquidation audit are systematically explained.The basis,key audit contents and matters needing attention of each procedure are analyzed in details.This paper analyses the difficult points,based on ABC company bankruptcy liquidation audit.This paper sums up the audit procedure of bankruptcy liquidation,at the same time extract some problems encountered in the process of audit and the measures,and finally find the cause of bankruptcy.This paper discusses the problems existing in the development of audit of bankruptcy and liquidation of enterprises in China,and puts forward some corresponding solutions and suggestions.The first part is introduction.This chapter introduces the research background,significance,purpose,ideas and methods,and illustrates the expected contribution of this paper.The second part is literature review.This chapter has collected massive domestic and foreign literature.The reasons of the bankruptcy,bankruptcy liquidation audit problems,suggestions of bankruptcy liquidation audit of enterprises are summarized.The third part is the audit procedure of enterprise bankruptcy liquidation.This chapter is divided into three audit phases: pre-bankruptcy audit,initial audit of bankruptcy liquidation period and audit of bankruptcy liquidation period,and explains the specific meaning and audit content of each part.Audit of bankruptcy liquidation period analyzes the differences between the liquidation audit and the general audit,and then focuses on the important points.Providing the ideas and framework to the next part.The fourth part is case analysis.This chapter takes ABC company's bankruptcy liquidation audit as the example,which mainly reflects the content of the audit during the liquidation period of the enterprise.First of all,it introduces the basic situation of ABC company,and then summarizes the difficulties and obstacles encountered through the audit of the financial situation and operating results,and summarizes the causes of enterprise bankruptcy.The fifth part is the case inspiration and suggestion.According to the previous theoretical basis and the actual situation,this chapter puts forward some reasonable suggestions.The sixth part is the research summary and the future prospect.This chapter looks forward to the follow-up research and suggestions.Finally,I hope this paper to provide some reference for the research field of bankruptcy liquidation audit.The significance of this paper mainly has the following several aspects: Fist is the theoretical level,this paper makes up the shortage of domestic and foreign enterprise bankruptcy liquidation audit research in a certain extent,this paper systematically and comprehensively discusses the field,providing a certain reference value;Second is the practical level,this paper refines the difficulties in the bankruptcy liquidation audit stages to promote the effective convergence of various stages;third is the policy level,to help to broaden the ideas of enterprise bankruptcy liquidation audit,perfecting bankruptcy laws and regulations.
