The plug stopper is an important production equipment in the manufacturing process of the mobile phone,and the rubber plugs of different specifications can be installed on specific metal parts,thereby solving the problems of slow manual operation,low installation efficiency,and the like.In this paper,according to the process flow and functional requirements of the plug stopper,a PLC-based plug stopper control system was designed and developed.Using the "PLC + servo drive + touch screen" technology program,through the PLC control of 8 servers,through the industrial Ethernet and touch screen for information exchange,through the RS485 bus PLC between the master and slave devices.The main research content is as follows:First of all,according to the process flow of the plug stopper,combined with the control function requirements of the plug stopper,the system task was clarified and the control system scheme of “PLC+Servo Driver+Touch Panel” was designed.Then,the hardware of the stopper control system was designed.According to the action of each mechanism of the stopper control system,the electrical parts of the feeding mechanism,the pressing mechanism,the synchronous transfer mechanism,the machine grip mechanism,and the belt line mechanism were respectively Designed,and the electrical connection diagram is given and the definition of the IO interface is carried out.The logic control,motion control,status monitoring,alarm and other functions of the plug stopper are realized.Thirdly,the software design of the plug stopper control system was adopted,and a distributed control structure was adopted.Based on the system function,the design process and research content of the PLC main program of the plug stopper machine,the program of the rubber stopper unit,the belt line unit program and the robot unit program are discussed.Fourth,touch-screen human-computer interaction interface of plug stopper control system was designed.According to design requirements,Discusses the design process of the interface such as the main interface,manual mode operation interface,and assembly platform interface.The functions of parameter configuration,device status monitoring,output control and alarm management are realized.Finally,the control system of the plug stopper was debugged,and the repeated positioning accuracy of the material feeding and pressurizing slides was tested.The best speed parameters of the system have been obtained through experimental verification.The system can achieve the expected functions and can perform well.
