Domestic and foreign power companies mainly use fault indicators to detect faults in distribution network overhead lines.When faults occur on the line,line-hunters use the alarm indicators of fault indicators to identify fault areas and find fault points.The existing overhead line fault indicator has many deficiencies.The local indication mode will increase the workload of the grid operation and maintenance personnel,the inaccuracy of the single-phase earth fault determination,and the short service life of the fault indicator.It is the problem that the current fault indicator needs to solve.This article will design a new type of fault indicator,to meet the requirements of the State Grid Corporation of China and fault indicators,and to increase the function of remote fault and remote control.Through the design of the hardware circuit and the increase of the circuit fault and abnormal program design,we try to improve the phenomenon of false alarm and non-alarm of the fault indicator applied on the market today.This is the key research content of this paper.The MSP430FE427 microcontroller is selected as the main processing unit on the hardware.The main consideration is that the complex criteria can still be used in the case of low power consumption.At the same time,a new type of power supply module is designed,which effectively increases the working status and life of the equipment.According to the criteria,the combined criterion of “in-line resistance switching method” plus electric field induced voltage determination is adopted to achieve fast positioning of single-phase ground faults,which effectively increases the reliability of single-phase ground fault determination,and through its function.Performance tests to verify the accuracy of fault indicators for fault determination.The factory experiment is designed according to "DL_T 1157-2012-Technical Conditions of Distribution Line Fault Indicator".Compared with the national standard,the experimental results show that the function of the fault indicator meets the requirements of the national grid,the fault criterion is selected reasonably,and the detection success rate is reached.Expected goal.
