The surface flatness of brake pads is an important parameter for the quality of brake pads.Its product performance is closely related to the smooth operation of vehicles and other equipment and the life safety of operators.Under the existing testing conditions,most factories and enterprises in this province have completed the qualification test for the plane degree error of brake block parts manually.There are many disadvantages of manual measurement,such as long time and low efficiency,and it is important to have a large amount of random errors in the process.With the development of the detection industry,there are only a large number of professional equipment related to flatness detection,but only a few of them can be measured continuously.This project is set up based on the requirements of automation,rapid and continuous measurement of the workpiece proposed by the cooperative project company.Flatness detection based on the present stage for brake pads artifacts to solve the problems with the enterprise’s actual application requirements,through the system structure,parts movement way,the data collection process,the product qualified determination of in-depth study,develops a set of automation test system based on the non-contact laser displacement sensor,the synchronous belt friction drive type.Using 57 stepping motor as the power source of the mechanical part of the system,the relevant circuit design is completed.The STC 89C51 single chip microcomputer is used to control the motor,and the design of brake film is carried out in a straight line smooth guide with uniform motion to the test area to complete the process of data collection.In principle and mathematical model of flatness error planning depth research,this point has been clear about the various data for flatness error evaluation of the key problem lies in the choice of measurement point,and gives the reasonable method of feature point selection method,and data filtering.A set of software system including data synchronization collection,real time image display,data processing,defect identification and historical data viewing is developed for the upper computer software system.The data processing part analyzes and evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of various optimization calculations,and finally uses the least square method to evaluate the plane of the brake plane.Finally,through mathematical analysis,the data is processed and the system reliability is evaluated.The results of the least square method are compared with the results of the three coordinate measuring instrument,and the feasibility of the optimization algorithm is verified.
