The spectrometer is an important optical instrument for the qualitative analysis of the structure and composition of matter.With image sensor,embedded system and other technologies rapid of development,spectrometer analysis precision,measurement range and response speed are improved greatly,and soil analysis detection,biomedical measurement analysis,water quality monitoring has been widely used in related field.Because of the concentration of atomic emission and ion emission spectra of ultraviolet band,the spectrometer of ultraviolet band is often used in the detection of metal components.For example,lubricating oil is used as the “blood” of mechanical equipment,and the composition of metal particles in lubricating oil can be detected,and the health status of mechanical equipment can be evaluated.Since most metal elements have an electronic spectrum in the range of 180-400 nm,there is a growing demand for micro spectrometers.Because of high sensitivity and dynamic range,the back-thinned CCD is often used for image sensing of ultraviolet micro spectrometer.However,it has the characteristics of complex timing and complex power supply.Therefore,the design of micro spectrometers circuit system with back-thinned CCD is of practical significance.The main research contents include the following aspects:1.Circuit system design: The main contents of the circuit system include the design of back-thinned CCD driver timing system,CCD signal processing system and AD conversion system,the design of the USB2.0communication system,temperature detection system and power system.The main work includes: the system timing design was completed by high-performance MCU LPC1768 with cortex-m3 architecture.CCD output analog signal processing circuit design,using ADI company specialized CCD signal processing chip AD9826 analog signal processing,using the CYPRESS CY7C68013 A communication,design the whole system of thetemperature detection circuit,using DC-DC and LDO to achieve complex multiplex output power.2.PCB and Signal integrity design: Design PCB,write driver to realize the function of circuit system,analyze the problems existing in the circuit system and PCB,and analyze the digital analog hybrid circuit in PCB of system.Switching power supply and the layout of the USB differential line,sharing circuit debugging experience,and outlining the signal integrity.Summarize the problems encountered in debugging and provide reliable basis for further development.3.Combining with classmates study of optical system and PC software test spectrum of mercury lamp,deuterium lamp,to verify the quality of the circuit system.
