The use of LPG mixing air instead of natural gas is of great significance in industrial production and in people’s daily life.At present,many city gas sector are committed to the design of a dedicated LPG cylinder gas mixing apParatus mixed with air,which is made use of the existing gas mixing methods such as Venturi ejection,air compressor blower and proportional mixing valve,but for the condition of liquefied petroleum gas steel bottle,the first two methods have great limitations,or because the cost is too high is not easy to popularize,and is not conducive to the connection of liquefied petroleum gas cylinders and gas appliance.Therefore,the invention of a liquefied petroleum gas cylinder can be directly connected with the gas appliance and equipment with popularity at present,which has become one of the key research directions of LPG mixed air instead of natural gas.Theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and feedback verification are combined to study three aspects in this paper,including mixing ratio algorithm research,device structure design and numerical simulation,which lays the foundation for exploring the research and development of LPG cylinder gas mixed air.This article mainly completed the following work:(1)According to the interchangeability of fuel gas,the corresponding plan is put forward for the exchange of LPG mixed air and natural gas in Wuhan,and a program for finding the best mixing ratio is compiled.Taking the basic gas data of Wuhan as an example,the optimum mixture ratio is obtained.(2)Based on the study of the mixing ratio and the overall design objectives and requirements of the mixing device,the influencing factors of the continuous operation conditions are analyzed.A LPG air mixing device is designed and the relative size is calculated.(3)The ejection structure of the core area of the device is numerically simulated,and the establishment of the model,mesh generation,boundary condition setting and turbulence model selection are completed.The velocity field,pressure field and turbulent kinetic energy of the flow field in the ejector structure are analyzed.This article focuses on the influence of the working condition Parameters on the mixing performance of the ejection structure of the designed device.
