As a measure of the level of industrial development of a country,the gas turbine has been developing from scratch and has been greatly improved.Compressor as the most important one of the three components of gas turbine,bear the intake and provide the effect of high pressure fluid to the combustion chamber,high pressure than the compressor for a gas turbine performance has a critical role.China's current level of gas turbine industry development is slow,so for our country at present the research status of compressor,the demand for high performance of the compressor is imminent,it will greatly help the promotion of the combustion engine in China.To get a high-performance compressor,you need to design a new compressor.Selection method of this article is based on similar principles to similar modeling design of compressor,this method can not only accurate,to get the new design compressor aerodynamic performance,at the same time in the test to adjust can also reduce the workload many,thus achieve the goal of a substantial reduction in research and development costs,for the moment is a very promising design method.In this paper,the first two and a half of a class of a class nine and a half compressor are selected as the model of similar moulding design,and the similarity principle is applied to the design of the similar mode.Want to get a compressor that is similar to the mother type compressor,and can be operated under the power of the laboratory.According to this purpose,the main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Using the AutoGrid software prototype for nine and a half stage of low-pressure compressor model for grid division,and carries on the numerical simulation of design points and results of numerical simulation value and the compressor at the design point,comparing the various physical quantities to compressor is validated in this paper,the numerical simulation of meshing method and the rationality of selecting the calculation model.2.As a result of the laboratory can achieve power far less prototype level 9 half compressor drive power,so if you choose the machine for similar modeling,against power limit in the laboratory under the condition of similar modeling work,so this paper chose the former two and a half in counting as similar to the modeling of female type machine,to a large number of numerical simulation was carried out,its operating characteristic line,and detailed analysis of the internal flow field.3.The similarity model of the two-stage semi-compressor is derived.By means of ensuring the geometrical similarity,movement similarity and dynamic similarity in the operation of the compressor,the equations are enumerated,and some simplification have been made.Finally,we find a similar modeling method which is applicable to the power qualification,and finally get the similarity modulus coefficient of this paper is 0.526,and write the new gemoturbo* file.4.Similar to the modeling after two and a half stage compressor for numerical simulation under different working conditions,and get a new compressor characteristic curve,the internal flow field situation,the relative Mach number and show to the aerodynamic parameters,etc.,and with the parent form machine were analyzed.The relationship between the tip clearance and compressor performance was investigated.
