The cellular beam steel frame structure is replacing the steel beam in the traditional steel frame with cellular beam.Comparing with traditional steel frame,cellular beam steel frame has large bending stiffness,light weight,and can meet the function of crossing pipeline and saving clean air.At the same time,the cellular beam steel frame structure shows good performance under the action of earthquake,and makes full use of the steel ductility strong and plastic.At present,domestic and foreign scholars mostly focus on the research of single cellular component and cellular beam column connection,researching on seismic performance of the whole cellular beam steel frame structure is not thorough enough,which largely limits the application of cellular beam frame structure.In cellular beam frame structure,cellular holes caused weakening on the steel beam web.Under the action of the earthquake,the mechanism of the hollow beam will be formed at the cellular hole,and the plastic hinge appears in the opening position,which can effectively reduce the possibility of the failure near the steel frame connection domain.Based on the experimental research of cellular beam steel frame,studying on the seismic performance of the hexagonal hole cellular beam space frame by combining theoretical analysis with finite element simulation analysis.The finite element software is used to establish the space frame structure of the cellular beam and carry out the low cycle loading.Through comparing with the failure mode and the load displacement curve of test and finite element simulation,proving the selecting of the unit type,material constitutive setting,boundary condition setting and mesh setting rationality in software,lay the foundation for cellular frame structure parameters analysis.Based on with and without concrete floor,cellular beam opening rating and the distance of first cellular hole near the beam end to column,several cellular beam space frame models with different parameters are established.First,carrying out the monotone static loading on the different sizes space cellular beam frame model,in order to determine the yield displacement and yield load.Then,carrying out low cyclic loading on these cellular beam space frame structure models.Comparing the failure modes,hysteretic curves,skeleton curves,ductility,stiffness degradation and energy dissipation capacity of cellular beam steel frame structures with different parameters.Finally,based on a 9 layer cellular beam steel frame structure as the research background,applying the static nonlinear analysis is to the after equivalent stiffness of cellular beams steel frame structure and the steel frame structure with the same section size beam before equivalent stiffness are comparative analysis by the software of engineering design,in order to verify the overall seismic performance of cellular beam steel frame structure under earthquake.The result shows that the effect of composite action significantly improves bearing capacity,ductility,stiffness and energy dissipation of the cellular beam steel frame structure.Controlling the cellular beam web opening rate and the first cellular hole position can make plastic hinge appear around the cellular hole corner effectively,achieving the seismic design philosophy of "strong connection,weak member".Cellular beam steel frame structure is reasonable and feasible,the triangle distribution level of lateral load patterns,showed good elastic properties,compared to the beam steel frame structure,steel web has not weakened on the overall seismic the performance has a large negative impact.Through the study of the steel frame structure of cellular beam,it can provide some reference for the design of the steel frame structure in the future.
