Concrete stacked floor is the main horizontal component used in the assembly building,but due to the requirement of the thickness of the laminated thickness not less than 80mm,the floor slab is too thick to increase the weight and the earthquake force.At the same time,in order to ensure the integrity of the floor,it is more difficult to make the component.The work is complicated.For this reason,the thickness of the overlapped layer is reduced to 70mm by reasonable selection of the position of the joint and the reinforcement of reinforcing bar.In order to ensure the feasibility of the application,in conjunction with the Japanese tenita Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd.,Shenyang Wanrong modern construction industry Co.,Ltd.has carried out a double two-way slab test using the reinforcing joint of additional reinforcement,and carried out a long and short period test study on the uniform load of 1 overlapped two-way plates and 1 cast-in-place boards.Through the experimental analysis and ABAQUS numerical simulation,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)The test results show that the distribution of the cracks in the bottom of the plate is basically the same as that of the 130mm thick cast-in-place plate,which is formed by the 60mm thick preform plate and the 70mm thick stack layer.The overall connection of the rebars can still guarantee the overall connection performance.(2)Under the test conditions,when the uniform load reaches the standard combined value of the design load,the mid span deflection of the plate is 1.15mm,less than the normal deflection allowable value 25.5mm.When the uniform load reaches the basic combined value of the design load,the mid span deflection of the laminated plate is 1.51mm,less than the allowable value of the limit state of the bearing capacity of 102mm,and the width of the crack is 0.5mm is less than the limit value 1.5mm of the crack width of the ultimate bearing capacity.When the load is 8 months,the deflection of the two specimens is increased,2.49mm,1.15mm,less than the normal use state deflection limit 22.5mm.(3)Through the ABAQUS finite element simulation test,the numerical simulation test of the expansion parameters of the precast slab joint position is carried out.The force performance of the precast plate joint position of the concrete composite plate is 1/5L,1/4L,and 1/3L.It is found that the joint position in the 1/3L-1/5L range can be used in the case of keeping the other parameters consistent.Steel reinforcement is used instead of the integral connection.In view of the fact that only the short-term load test and the numerical simulation test of the joint position have been completed at present,it is still necessary to carry on the numerical simulation test and analysis of the long term load test observation and the enlargement of the parameters(diameter and length of additional reinforcement),and put forward practical design structure,method and idea.
