| With the rapid development of construction projects,there are more and more construction projects with super high-rise and large-span design.The requirements for vertical compressive bearing capacity of pile foundations are increasing.In recent years,Xishan Wanda Plaza,Henglong Plaza,Spring Eye and other super high-rise buildings Plaza has appeared in Kunming,bearing capacity of single piles are all hit a new high.Conventional pile static load tests are performed manually.The entire load control and data collection are loaded by hand pressure or hydraulic jacks,and the mechanical dial indicator readings are manually read to complete the entire test process.Due to the large amount of load,the duration of the test and the length of the process is very long,the danger may occur at any time during the test operation.In order to eliminate artificial errors and safety hazards in static load testing of pile foundations,improve the quality of inspections and ensure the accuracy of pile foundation test results.Based on the requirements of "Technical Specification for Inspection of Foundations of Buildings"(JGJ 106-2014),using advanced automatic loading and unloading equipment and data acquisition equipment,the vertical load-resisting static load of high-capacity foundation piles is constructed in real-time online,realize the remote loading of pile static load test,real-time transmission of data,automation and digitization of test detection process,and ensure scientific and accurate test results.The engineering piles of a project in Kunming were tested for pile integrity and the vertical compressive bearing capacity of a single pile.(the vertical compressive bearing capacity of a single pile was 34000 kN).A real-time online inspection system was established to select and configure automatic loading/unloading and data acquisition equipment.The real-time on-line detection system was used to test the vertical compressive bearing capacity of the single pile of the 18# engineering pile.The test results were as follows: The bearing capacity of the test pile was 34000 kN,and the characteristic value of the bearing capacity was 17000 kN,which met the design requirements.Through the application of real-time on-line inspection system,the safety and accuracy of vertical piles subjected to vertical compressive load tests are enhanced.It has laid a certain foundation for the automation,informatization testing and real-time uploading of data for the static load test of foundation piles,as well as strengthening project quality supervision,it laid a certain foundation and has strong reference value for engineering application. |
