| With the development of economy and the progress of the society,the high strength high performance Marine concrete is inevitable trend in the development of sea coagulation,and one of the most outstangding features of high strength high performance Marine concrete is the lots of mixed high gelling material dosage and a large number of gelled material use which is easy to cause the cracking of humidity structure.Concrete structure construction stage hydration heat humidity cracks has been one of the main reasons affecting the structure durability,which has become one of the high strength high performance concrete in engineering application obstacles in modern construction.A large number of additional components of composite applications,make this performance more complicated,therefore,to study the effect of various components on the cement hydration heat the of cement hydration heat system’s mechanism is very necessary to study on the Marine concrete high strength high performance concrete.This paper based on solution heat measurement principle,the use of cement hydration heat meter of high performance concrete in Marine engineering which has studied in the four kinds of admixture of cement,fly ash、slag、desulfurization gypsum and water reducing agent mixed with double mixed with three and four on the influence of the cement hydration heat,comparing the control action of various components on the cement hydration heat.Studies show that fly ash admixture is an ideal material to reduce the hydration heat,due to a large number of replaced cement,reduce the hydration heat effect is obvious,but reduce the degree of each are not identical Under the same dosage,the extent of the hydration heat is:the size of the fly ash>slag>desulfurization gypsum.Water reducing agent is an ideal material to delay the cement hydration due to material between the composite effect,more than most of the components and mixed,the impact on the cement hydration heat is not completely equal to only mixed when superposition effect,but with different mixing ratio of cement hydration mechanism study also confirmed the phenomenon of these four blending material according to certain proportion mixing timeliness can substantially reduce the work of cement hydration heat,can make the biggest hydration heat of the reduced rate of 50%,at the same time strength can meet the needs of the engineering. |
