| In soft soil area deep excavation engineering,the soil has low shear strength strong,high void ratio,high rate of water and strong rheological characteristics.Therefore,grouting anchor cable anchoragein this area is hard to meet the qualification.To solve such practical engineering problem,this paper conducted the field test of electrochemical reinforced anchor cable in a deep foundation pit engineering in Yingkou district,and obtained the certain effect.Electrochemical reinforcement method has some advantages compared to other traditional reinforcement method.Such as the construction period is short,the site construction is convenient,and the cost is low.Therefore,this kind of reinforcement method has a certain significance for anchor cable reinforcement in soft soil area deep excavation engineering.Electrochemical consolidation method is concerned with multi-disciplinary and multi-field whose process includes electroosmosis,electrophoresis,physical-chemical reaction,heat effect,soil structure change and other series of physical and chemical reaction.During the electrochemical reaction,the soils around the anode get close-grained under direct current.In the meanwhile,the iron hydroxide colloid from anode corrosion has cementation of the soils.So when anchor cable as the anode,the anchoring force will be greatly improved.In this paper,the author conducted an intensive study of anchor rope electrochemical method.The main work and research content is as follows:1.This paper summarized the main characteristics of deep excavation engineering in soft soil area,proposed the anchor cable electrochemical consolidation method pointing at the lack of anchor cable anchorage force,set up the engineering practice,and finally achieved some good results.2.The paper summarized the development of electrochemical consolidation method,detailed the mechanism and micro process of electrochemical consolidation method,and generalized the electrochemical characteristics and the applicable scope of the reinforcement method;3.Through the self-made test set with test object from a soft clay engineering at Yingkou in Liaoning province,the author conducted several indoor cable electrochemical reinforcement tests underdifferent electric current and voltage.According to the experimental results and the comparative analysis,the author found the optimal test basic parameters,and verified the accuracy and applicability of the parameters through some verification test. |
