Vehicle black box is a safety equipment used to record driving data. Its privacy is protected by TPM SoC.Low-power design, network communication, image analysis are its applications, improving endurance and recording information. Thus,it is significative to research TPM SoC and key technologies of vehicle black box. This article intends to come true data security, endurance, data communication and image analysis on products, then research its key technologies, encryption and decryption of TPM,design of low-power SoC,media data communication. We design a low-power TPM SoC,a embedded application of network communication and plate recognition SDK.Main achievements and innovations of article are as follows:(1)This article designs IP core of AES,ECC,SHA2 algorithms and implement them on Virtex-5.The throughput of AES-128/192/256 is 1.702/2.189/2.533Gbps.The throughput of ECC-163/233 is 2.605/2.589Mbps.The throughput of SHA-256/512 is 0.846/1.377Gbps.(2)This article applies UPF to implement low-power design, and completes IP reuse integrated design of AES,ECC,PRNG,SHA2,RTC,PMU.We allocate R/W registers, bus interfaces, hardware resources for them. Then design low-power TPM SoC with functions of Clock Gating and Power Gating.(3)This article customizes and transplants SIP/SDP and RTP/RTCP libs. Then design an embedded application of network communication of C/S structure on the ARM9 development board, which can implement UA register, session management and media data transmission. In addition, this paper develops an image analysis SDK based on OpenCV lib, including functions of plate detection, character recognition and classifier training, which enriches the meanings of vehicle black box.
