Research On The Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Partner System In G Company

Business partner system,as a new attempt of the modern enterprise system,though not mature,yet from the perspective of the practical operation of companies such as Alibaba and Vanke,it has made certain achievements in terms of the equity control,project with investment,and expansion of external partners.Although the Business partner system is developing rapidly in China,it is still in the immature primary stage.It is urgently necessary to study it from the institutional and theoretical perspectives and provide some theoretical support for its healthy development.However,looking at the domestic researches on this subject,there are only some small and fragmented papers published in the periodicals,the doctoral or master dissertations on this subject are rare,and the research on the Business partner system of the foreign economic and trade enterprises is almost zero.G Company,as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong H Group,is a privately-owned enterprise that engages in overseas investment and international contracted projects.As a platform for the H Group's internationalization strategy,it not only plays a role in the communication with the international community in the H Group but also among the overseas investment enterprises in Shandong Province.According to the company's guiding ideology and strategic positioning,the current "salary + bonus" incentive mechanism has been unable to meet the needs of the company's development.This is because the incentives for employees are not obvious;the consideration of the excess profit awards is not sufficient;the long-term incentive mechanism is not set up.In order to solve these problems,G Company has the absolute necessity of implementing a Business partner system.Therefore,this paper has studied the successful experiences of Alibaba and Vanke's Business partner system,and provided experiences for G Company to implement the Business partner system.According to the company's actual situation and business conditions,from two perspectives,i.e.,project with the investment and the virtual equity,the paper makes a design for G company to implement the Business partner system,analyzes the basic principles,grant scope,procedures for projects with the investment and makes a design for the structure,allocation,and exit mechanism of the project with investment;and for the virtual equity model,the paper discusses the feasibility study of it,as well as the selection of incentive models,and discusses the grant scope and allocation percentage from aspects like the shareholding percentage held by the employees,scope of the shareholding,pricing,asset assessment,and shares held by the employees.After designing G company's Business partner system,the paper proposes constructive implementation strategies and advices from five aspects,including improving the governance structure,enhancing the company's control,strengthening the supervision of partners,improving the incentive mechanism,and building a unique corporate culture,combining the models of projects with investment and virtual equity.With the rise of the Business partner system,to study the pattern design and implementation of G Company's Business partner system not only has certain theoretical value,but also has the practical value to help the company strengthen the implementation of the Business partner system.The analysis of issues,design patterns,and implementation measures in the paper will not only encourage G company to enhance their Business partner system ability to strengthen their business operations,lower their operating costs,and increase their economic efficiency,but also theoretically provide strong supports for the exploration of Business partner system of other companies.
