| The optimistic bias is a cognitive bias that people are too optimistic about their chances of success.In the field of large-scale engineering construction,there are various reasons for optimism deviation,including objective reasons such as the difficulty of engineering technology and subjective optimistic cognition deviation.When the collective optimistic deviation is formed from the individual level of large engineering organizations through communication network to the organizational level of large engineering organizations,serious consequences may be caused.Studied in this paper combines the theory of social psychology science theory and the theory of information hiding,build large engineering optimistic deviation measurement model,in a typical large engineering widely highway as the research object,through the empirical research to get the data,and carries on the statistical analysis of data,combined with the communication network topology,reveal the engineering project organization communication network topology collective positive deviation,the influence mechanism of group decision-making and control.The paper constructs the large-scale project positive deviation measure model in a typical large engineering to le highway as a case,through empirical research,the large-scale project positive factor to establish relations with positive deviation,and through the empirical data of wide highway optimistic deviation measurement,further reveals the causes of the formation of large engineering optimistic deviation and its mechanism.The research results provide theoretical basis for the management of large-scale engineering science in China. |
