Rotation accuracy of rolling bearing plays an important role in the rotary performance of the shafting.Rotation accuracy of rolling bearing is mainly related to the geometrical error of bearing parts,and radial runout is a key index to measure the rotation accuracy of rolling bearings.The rotation accuracy of cylindrical roller bearing is mainly affected by geometrical error of bearing parts.Therefore,it has an important significance for studying on relationship between the geometric error of the cylindrical roller bearing and the bearing rotation accuracy.Base on cylindrical roller bearings for research object in this paper,according to the geometric relationships of cylindrical roller bearing parts,the geometric compatibility equation of the bearing is derived.Based on the load balance and geometric compatibility,the mathematical model of the rotation accuracy of the inner ring is established by iterative solving geometric compatibility equation and load balance equation.And the correctness of mathematical simulation model is proved.Based on the mathematical model of bearing rotation accuracy,relationship between the bearing inner raceway dimension error and radial runout of inner ring is researched,and studied on the relationship between the bearing inner raceway dimension error and radial runout of inner ring with different number of rollers and radial clearance.When bearings take radial load and other structural parameters of the cylindrical roller bearing are unchanged,increasing bearings roller number will affect the bearing inner ring radial runout.The radial runout of bearing inner ring fluctuates,and undulation scope is getting narrow with the increasing bearings roller number.The effect of the inner raceway dimension error of the cylindrical roller bearing on the inner ring radial runout is small.For the no-load bearing,radial runout of the bearing inner ring will decrease with the increase of the inner raceway dimension error.When the bearing take radial load,radial runout of the inner ring slightly increases with the increase of the dimension error.The effect of harmonic amplitude and order for roundness error of inner ring raceway on the radial runout of bearing inner ring is researched.And the influence of coupling between the roller number and the roundness error of the cylindrical roller bearing on the radial runout of the inner ring is studied.The influence of bearing inner raceway roundness error affects the radial runout of inner ring is greater,radial runoutof bearing inner ring increases with the harmonic amplitude of roundness error for inner ring raceway;When the radial load of bearing increases,the radial runout of inner ring becomes smaller.The radial runout of bearing inner ring fluctuates as the order of roundness error for bearing inner ring raceway changes.And the fluctuation degree decrease with the increase of the radial load.The value of radial runout is maximum when the number of roller bearing inner ring is integer times of the order of roundness error.
