Prestressed concrete structure has been widely used in Bridge Engineering in recent years.the prestressed concrete bridges have been developed rapidly。However,with the rapid development of prestressed concrete bridges,but also facing a very severe test,there are different degrees of disease,There are many reasons why the quality of prestressed construction is not guaranteed.As one of the most important links in the construction of the bridge,the prestressing tension is the characteristic of high construction difficulty and complicated technology,Tension quality can not be guaranteed will directly endanger the safety of the bridge。Therefore,it is very necessary to detect the prestress of the prestressed steel strand of the bridge,and the methods of the detection of the effective prestress at home and abroad are analyzed,and carries on the contrast analysis,finally this article has chosen to take the back pull method as the prestress detection method to carry on the research。In this paper,we have analysed that the difference between the actual force displacement curve and ideal force-displacement curve is due to that there is Cika force between the anchorage and the clamping piece.The anti tensile load must overcome the Cika force,clamping piece will be pull off.And according to the methods of determining the ideal curve,proposed take actual force-displacement curve in the second,the intersection of the curves of the fourth stage as a turning point to judge steel strand anchor prestress value,and taking the opportunity theory foundation to develop under the anchorage of prestressing force detection system.We developed to detect the anchor under the anchor is based on the principle of anti pull method,the application of Visual C++ development platform and Access 2010 database management system in this paper.The system is divided into four main functional modules: data acquisition,data processing,data curve analysis,data storage,and emphatically analyzes the system data acquisition and processing data to achieve the process.In order to verify the accuracy of the test results,this paper has carried out the field test of the anchorage prestressed detection system.Test results show that the most detection error of this analysis method calculates and analyzes the turning point to judge the steel strand’s anchor under the prestressing force is 3.25%,meet the requirements of engineering measurement error.In this paper,the system is used in the project,through the analysis of the detection data can be found in the detection of anchor prestress to ensure the quality of the construction is very necessary.At the same time,the anchor prestress detection is applied in the project,and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward in view of the traditional tension technology,which leads to the poor quality of tension construction.
