Butanol production from corn stover hydrolysates?CSH?has obvious advantages in the field of biomass conversion.On the one hand,energy production relaxed the crisis that petroleum energy shortage formed,on the other hand,it solved environmental problems that burned down or thrown out agricultural waste materials formed.In this study,we explored the effect of composite detoxification and in situ detoxification on butanol fermentation from CSH.The content of this research is as follows:?1?Builded the detoxification system with physics and composite detoxification from CSH.First,we explored the effect of three physical detoxification methods on inhibitor removal rate and butanol production.The results showed that the best effect was activated carbon detoxification method,and compared with control group,the production of butanol and ABE increased by 165.79% and 158.33%,respectively.Removed phenol and formic acid in CSH by optimizing the adding quantity of laccase and formate dehydrogenase?FDH?.The solven production reached 0.93 g/L or 0.11g/L when we added laccase 5 U/m L or FDH 1 U/m L in CSH,and incread 77.59% and60.87% than untreated group.On this basis,it becomed an efficient enzymatic united detoxification system with assisted of factivated charcoal detoxification.Butanol and ABE production from composite detoxicated CSH reached 2.90g/L and 4.4g/L respectively,which were higher about 5 times than untreatment.Thus,biomass efficiently convert becomed a reality.?2?We studied the effect of adding Ca CO3 or Na BH4 in CSH on butanol fermentation,and butanol production increased nearly three times from CSH with 5 g/L Ca CO3.Ca CO3 addition had no significant effect for inhibitor content through studied different periods of toxic inhibitor content in CSH.So twodimensional electrophoresis?2-DE?was used to analyze the microbe protein from CK group?treated with Ca CO3?and SY group?untreated with Ca CO3?.Twenty-four high differences spot was picked up and MALDI-TOF/MS sequenced.In the 30 kinds of protien,16 protien participated in carbohydrate remetabolism and energy metabolism,and there ere 73.33% and 60% protein with catalytic activity and binding activity.On the SY group graph,there ere 25 kinds of up-regulated protein,the rest for down-regulated protein.Metabolic pathways and electron transfer was effected by up-regulated protein,such as pyruvate kinase,pyruvate-flavodoxin oxidoreductase,acetyl coenzyme A acetyltransferase and ferredoxin,and they further effected on solvent production,...
