The core content of this study is to put forward design requirements and principles of office buildings of roof greening which is based on the analysis of Changsha area.In the trend of improving ecological environment in cities,Yu Kongjian's "Big Foot Revolution" and the general secretary of Xi Jinping's support for "city double repair",had give a clear guidance for the future construction of the city,so green buildings are increasingly being watched and promoted.Green roof as an important part of green building,not only play a role in enhancing urban greening area and beautify the environment,but also to provide a good social space to promote people's multi-faceted development.Because the tough environment of the roof will have a higher demand for plant adaptability,so the roof of the green design practice can not leave the geographical limitation.Under the guidance of the theory of sustainable development,follow the design science research methods,this paper by analysising the problem of Changsha office building roof green design and geographical climate?Office building users demand to puts forward the roof greening design requirements and principles of Changsha office building.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First,through the questionnaire to investigate the office building green roof users,and get the user evaluation on office building roof greening,than,based on questionnaire data to research user demand for roof greening and design requirements of green roof design for office buildings.Second,by studying the climatic conditions of Changsha,analyze the effects of temperature,precipitation,wind and light on the roof greening design.Third,from three aspects of space,design and technology to analyze the roof greening design,and sum up the design principles.Finally,through the Changsha City China Merchants Bank roof green design project to test the theoretical results and verify the results of the implementation of specific projects.In general,the author hopes to obtain the design basis by analyzing the regional climate and user needs,to study the design requirements and principles of roof greening in Changsha City office building.let it gets more reference value in the office building roof greening design practice,to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of design and better serve the public.
