One third of our life has been spent in sleep.The quality of sleep is good or bad affects our physical health and quality of life,so a good quality of sleep is very important.At present,Polysomnograghy(PSG)is the gold standard for the quality of sleep monitoring at home and abroad,but the PSG in both economic and time,will bring inconvenience to people.The family can not achieve their own monitoring.In view of this problem,this project develops a portable sleep monitoring system to facilitate people to monitor their own sleep at home.In order to evaluate the quality of sleep by monitoring the respiratory and heartbeat signals in the physiological signals of the human body,this paper proposes the using of the fast complementary ensemble empirical mode decomposition(FCEEMD)for physiological signal decomposition.Then the signal of breathing and heartbeat is processed by the energy threshold method to get the IMFs component.Compared with the traditional empirical mode decomposition(EMD),the improved EMD algorithm and the Complementary EEMD(CEEMD)algorithm.FCEEMD can eliminate the problem of modal aliasing more effectively and suppress the endpoint effect by mirror extension.At the same time,it is better than the traditional EMD algorithm in the computational efficiency and the precision of the algorithm.After the signal processed by the FCEEMD algorithm,the energy threshold method is used to achieve the breathing and heartbeat signal adaptive recognition,to ensure the accuracy of the entire algorithm,real-time and adaptive.According to the characteristics of human physiological signal and algorithm,the overall scheme of the portable physiological signal acquisition system is developed,and the hardware design and software design of the system are carried out.The hardware design includes the main control chip,sensor and front-end filter amplifier circuit design.Software design is based on the MATLAB environment and the host computer data receiving interface.Finally,the experimental platform of human physiological signal acquisition and processing is constructed to verify the reliability of FCEEMD algorithm combined with energy threshold method and the feasibility of hardware and software design of portable acquisition system.Breath and heartbeat are displayed and stored in real-time.
