Block Bags Defects Detection Based On Machine Vision Technology

Based on the machine vision technology,this paper achieved a defect detection of packed bulk bags.This paper selected blocks transparent bags product as the research object and established bulk bags defect detection system comprising a light source design,image acquisition and pre-processing,feature-based extraction and sub-pixel precision length measurement.Surface structure changes because of the leak for inflatable packaging,and there are impurity and breakage on the surface of the lump contents in the package.Then,this paper writes a program for defecting detection and design the excluding system to remove the defect sample.Finally,complete assay.First,the research builds machine vision hardware platform by identifying the defect detection object and completes asynchronous collection of defect images.Introduction of the light source system,capture cards,industrial cameras,photoelectric sensors,conveyors,the parameters and features of excluding equipment and devicesThen,the image processing and detecting an image defect are necessary.The proper image collected to meet the gradation conversion,image enhancement,median filtering to remove noise in image and morphological processing.After pretreatment,the research analysis side bag image of the inflatable packaging,the surface structure of the packaging bags positive image and the contents information in the bags packaging;use sub-pixel measurement of the height of the side bag packaging for accurate measurements to determine the cases of leakage and deflated inflatable packaging bags;determine the content by detecting bags feature region parameter number that is porous,rectangular,the largest area,etc.detection contents of impurities and foreign body on the surface of the bags packaging and the damaged degree of the lumps,and then determine the reasonableness of the packaging defect detection system.Finally,the research realized the joint configuration of the Visual Studio 2010 and Halcon,joint configuration,excluding system achieved via the design of the serial communication.Created in Visual Studio 10 compiled environment,selecting MFC wizards and dialog form,using Halcon image processing library,image analysis and processing algorithms,deriving programming code to achieve packaging and programming of the blocks bagged packaging defect detection software systems.
