Owing to low energy consumption and green production of the high buildings and based on the new trend of our country housing industrialization, some researchers from North China University of Science and Technology develop a kind of architectural structure system which can be precast in the factory and installed in the site. This is prercast composite shear wall with concrete filled steel tube columns.Compared to the traditional shear wall,it is embedded by two steel tube columns. The important joints include threaded steel pipe socket grouting connection between the steel tube columns, steel bar connection sleeve used between the rebars,cement-based grouting materials used between the walls and shearing resisting key and welding horizontal rebar connecting the steel tube column and wall.Owing to further researching seismic behavior of the wall, this research is based on some previous researches from our team, such as different axial compression ratios, flanges and holes. This research is aimed at different reciprocating loading rates. The major researches are summarized as follows:1)Through MTS,The test of specimens whose axial compression ratio are 0.1 and shear span ratio are 2.85 had been carried out under cyclic lateral loading with different rates. The rates are respectively 0.1mm/s,5mm/s and 20 mm/s.2)In the research of seismic behavior between the three walls, the author consider the ductility, bearing capacity, rigidity deterioration, energy dissipation and so on.The result indicate that the loading rate has a limited effect on the seismic behavior and capacity. But with the increase of the rate, the mode of failure is same, the yield and limit load increase, the last one is bigger, the ductility decreases obviously, the energydissipating capacity and rigidity degeneration are weaker.3)Through the measurement and analysis of the walls' deformation,I develop a model for calculating the flexural bearing capacity which can match the actual value..
