The low-altitude airspace gradual opening and the gradual implementation of the relevant policy put forward new request to the management of low altitude airspace.The current Air and Ground Communication Service is mainly based on different formats of data link which has disadvantages like large volume of airborne equipment,high cost,and difficult to maintain which are unsuitable for low-altitude air-ground communications scene.While the 4G technology has the characteristics that wide spectrum of network,fast speed of communication,full-IP,low operating costs.Therefore,the operators are actively deploying 4G services which support a variety of air ground communication service based on only one data link,and reduce the complexity,volume,cost of the airborne equipment.Because of the difference between the LTE network which is basis of 4G and ATM service network,we need to add the service in the LTE network to provide session control and analog broadcasting,introduce low-altitude air-ground communications gateway,which learn from ideology of IMS using integrated access gateway to shield the difference between different networks.This paper describes a program that design and implementation of low altitude air-ground communications systems’s border gateway.First,based on LTE network architecture and combining the idea of IMS gateway,this paper gives the overall solutions for low altitude communication system,describes the position and function of border gateway in the scheme,and discusses the feasibility of border gateway.Second,based on the application of low altitude air ground communication system,this paper analyze the needs of border gateway.Then,combined with the Uniframe platform and the requirements of border gateway system,this paper does the overall design of the border gateway which includes management of key business processes,interface definition,and message definition.Then Based on the general design,does the detailed design and implementation.Followed,to verify the feasibility of the Low altitude air-ground communications system Scheme,using the simulation environment to test and analysis the main module and business processes.Finally,the paper reviews the overall solution of the Low altitude air-ground communications system’s border gateway,and briefly summarize the work done in this paper as well as areas for improvement. |
