Abstract/Summary:
Thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete is a newly thermal-insulation bearing material,which was proposed to adapt to the new situation of Chinese building energy conservation.Because of its excellent properties of bearing capacity and thermal insulation,thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete has extensive application prospect.This paper was based on the existing achievements of material mechanics properties of thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete,and the seismic behavior of concrete shear wall structure with thermal insulation glazed hollow bead is studied through the combination of shear wall structure pilot project with thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete,the combination method of static test and numerical simulation.the details in thesis are mainly the following three hands:1.Through the low repeated cyclic loading tests about ordinary concrete shear wall and shear wall with thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete which have design parameters and same axial compression ratio at 0.2,the seismic performances such as failure mode,bearing capacity,hysteretic curves,skeleton curve,ductility,stiffness degradation and energy dissipation capacity on the two kinds of shear wall were investigated.The test results showed that:the crack width was consistent when two shear walls yield and crack,and they are flexural shear failure.Compared with ordinary concrete shear wall,the thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete shear wall has wider and more intensive crack distribution when failing,and it can play a better role in energy dissipation capacity of material.The limit load and ultimate displacement of shear wall with thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete reduced about 1.6%,6.5%than ordinary concrete shear wall,and the lower level of initial capacity is depressed slightly.The initial stiffness of shear wall with thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete decreased about 4.6%,ductility coefficient increased by about 50%,and the hysteretic energy area curve ofhorizontal cyclic loading load test increased about 5%than ordinary concrete shear wall.This showed that the shear wall with thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete has good ductility and energy dissipation capacity.2.Through the establishment of finite element model based on test and the constitutive relation of concrete,thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete shear wall and ordinary concrete shear wall are simulated by finite element numerical simulation software ABAQUS.The seismic characteristics and trend,such as crack distribution,failure mode,the stress strain,stiffness and ductility coefficient about two kinds of shear wall structure under the cyclic load are analyzed.The nonlinear finite element calculation results were in good agreement with the experimental results.3.According to the pilot building of shear wall structure with thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete,three-dimensional finite element model was established in the actual situation of engineering.And the seismic dynamic characteristics of this structure within the linear elastic range were investigated by using the finite element software SAP2000.The simulation results showed that in comparison with ordinary concrete shear wall system,the self vibration period of the shear wall system with thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete would be decreased about 5%,and the damage of structure was decreased.The maximum elastic layer displacement angle of Jincheng aboratory building was much smaller than the limit displacement angle of 1/1000 in the standard value,and meet the requirements of the code for seismic design of buildings.At the same time,the deformation and layer displacement calculation results of the shear wall system with thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete and ordinary concrete shear wall system are relatively uniform,but the bottom shear reduced about 15%in spectral analysis,and the bottom shear mostly reduced about 26%,19%in x、y direction of time history analysis.It showed that the overall design of seismic structures,the section and reinforcement design of the thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete shear wall structure system can be dependent on ordinary concrete shear wall structure system.
