Reticulated shells provide a new and reasonable structure for the new building,which are generally used in the important environment.With the increasing of its span and complex structure,reticulated shells’ structural design and construction become more and more difficult Structure safety has become one of the important problems in the personage inside;study.The reticulated shells are studied more and more in China,but in the study of aluminum alloy reticulated shell,because relevant test data and research results failed to take advantage of unity,test data is not sufficient,aluminum alloy structure indicators procedures are difficult to develop.Based on the actual project,the text is discussed on the basis of the performance of the new net shell structure,functions deeply,and research that the new net shell in production should meet the standards of mechanical design,performance,structure,detection technology index,mechanical property test and detection methods,providing an effective guarantee in order to ensure product quality.Firstly,based on the requirements of the new single-layer spherical shell,this article analyses the reticulated shell structure,the manufacturing and assembly process,researches reticulated shells will encounter a variety of influencing factors in the application process,determines the form of failure of the reticulated shells and formulates the indicators of the mechanical design criteria and its mechanical properties.Secondly,combining with the new shells’ the material characteristics,drawing and referencing to the existing relevant national standards,this article develops the new single-layer reticulated domes important indexes.Thirdly,this paper researches the actual working conditions and draws up experiment and test scheme based upon the reticulated shell’s mechanical design and performance(including static test and dynamic test),sets down test program,designs test system,chooses relevant apparatus and equipment.Finally,this paper conducts correlative experiment draws the load-displacement curve,analyses mechanical properties of the reticulated shell,and gets some important and valuable conclusionsThe experiments show that the reticulated shell’s mechanical design and performance which are set down are scientific and right,the reticulated shell’s detection technology index is reasonable,and complied with national standards,the reticulated shell’s experiment and test scheme is feasible and effective.This research work not only fills a gap in Aluminum Alloy reticulated shell’s detection and design,but also has an important guiding sense to the actual production.
