Domestic and international rules stressed of a unified and comprehensive assessment from a technical concept for testing the characteristic parameters reasonably and scientifically and assessing the work condition accurately of the grounding device,rather than one-sided emphasis on one or several indicators;Currently the automatic instrument which can be detect the security parameter of grounding grid is rarely,Detection method is cumbersome and requires the participation of professionals,the grounding effect often only consider the effect of lightning protection,but ignoring the measurement of grounding grid security parameters,and the parameters of grounding electrical test equipment with single function,testing different projects need different instruments to bring with,testing cumbersome and inconvenient.And the grounding parameter test instruments are mostly based on MCU development;lack of good man-machine interface,limited storage space cannot be mass storage of data,measurement recording data and organize test report workload.Based on this,the thesis first introduces the development and current situation of grounding parameter testing instruments,discuss their advantages and disadvantages.Then describes the overall design scheme and working principle of the grounding parameters test instrument,and part of the hardware circuit and software are carried out.Hardware section mainly introduce the power supply module,signal acquisition module,control module and man-machine interface unit and other circuits;Software part first introduces the software design flow chart of the total,and then combined with the total elaborates the data collection,interactive touch-screen human-lachine systems implementation.Meanwhile,in order to improve the measurement accuracy of the instrument,the instrument is also based on the use of infrared te:nperature measurement system in sampling resistor temperature drift compensation technology hardware real-time correction method and software error correction technology,multi-frequency calculations involved in software technology;This paper has also developed a set of Grounding Grid Data Management Information System based on MATLAB GUI software,which has friendly operation interface,capable of test data mass storage,intelligent analysis with the previous test data,comprehensive assessment the operation condition of the ground network and generate standardized test reports,achieve artificial intelligence of management standardized network testing information ground,greatly reducing the intensity of the work for testers.According to the above scheme has been successfully developed three sets of"JD5-A Multifunctional Ground Parameters Testing Detector".At last use the set test the grounding parameters of Henan 220kV Substation as an example,and compared with other test equipment,the results can be seen that the instrument has the characteristics of strong function,high precision,strong stability,clear interface,simple operation etc…This topic has been got a national invention patent(Patent number:201210115923.2)and through Hunan Electric Power Research Institute testing,Technical results through the identification of company of Henan province power appraisal committee which reached the leading domestic level.
