The coal-fired boiler’s fuel is transformed to straw and other biomass fuels In response to the national energy-saving emission reduction call in Zhejiang lanxi thermal power plant.But the exhaust temperature is high in the boiler operation.This.causes a waste of energy,and the cioth bag dust remover in a boiler system is suffering from over temperature and security hidden danger.Therefore,the study based on reducing exhaust gas temperature has great practical significance.Meanwhile,combined with the characteristics of biomass fuel boiler reconstruction scheme can also provide a useful reference for similar problems in other biomass boiler.First,influence factors of biomass boiler exhaust gas temperature have been summarized and analyzed,which are air leakage,excess air coefficient of the furmace exit,slagging and ash deposition of heating surface,heating surface arrangement,feed-water temperature,and cold air temperature,then measures of reducing the exhaust gas temperature are proposed In view of the influence factors.Secondary,thermodynamic calculation has been calculated,relevant data has been obtained,and the reason of biomass boiler exhaust gas temperature has been analyzed.Two methods have been added in general thermodynamic calculation Excel spreadsheet to optimize existing thermal calculation method and to solve linear interpolation of boiler thermodynamic calculation.This greatly improves efficiency,saving computing time.Finally,according to the biomass boiler combustion characteristics,four reconstruction programs of boiler heating surface have been proposed.Fly ash particles wear is the important cause of heating tube bundle tube.In view of the common problems,considering the fly ash particles for the abrasion of the pipe wall is necessary of the scheme from the safe operation of the boiler’s point of view.The flue gas flow field is obtained by applying the numerical simulation software Fluent simulation analysis.then,The motion trajectories of particles of different size and the wear rules of heating surface tube bundle is analyzed using the discrete phase model.From the point of fly ash wear,staggered pipes and smooth pipes heat exchanger have been compared to choose the better one.The reconstruction cost and the payback period according to the transformation of staggered pipes and smooth pipes heat exchanger have been calculated by using econometric method.Economical efficiency of staggered pipes and smooth pipes heat exchanger economy have been calculated from view of economic Finally,the best solution has been chosen by considering theoretical reduction value of exhaust gas temperature,fly ash wear and economy. |
