With the continuous development of the construction industry,Special-shaped column frame structure is widely used nowadays.But both in experimental research and practical application,this structure with high-strength reinforced concrete is less involved.Based on the experiment study and finite analysis of middle story frame joint with high-strength RC Z-shaped columns,these theses reveals failure mechanism of frame joints and explore its seismic resistance behaviorFirst,cyclic loading tests were carried out on four specimens with high-strength reinforced concrete and one specimen with high-strength concrete and ordinary stirrup.Through this experiment,strain of the steel and crack developing situation were recorded,failure models and rules are studied.Hysteretic carves and skeleton curves of the joints were obtained,and the main parameters for estimating the earthquake resistant behavior of the joints were also studied,such as ductility coefficient and shearing capacity of the joints.The influence of different factors for seismic capacity of the joints is studied,such as the influence of Stirrup strength,axial compression ratio,Shear compression ratio,stirrup ratio.Secondly,it is verified that the current formula of sheer capacity is applied to middle story frame joint with high-strength RC Z-shaped columns,but the emergency capacity is not very enough.Finally,the finite element analysis is carried out by finite analysis software ANSYS,and the accuracy of the simulation is compared with the experimental results.And further explore the influence of axial compression ratio,concrete strength and volume stirrup rate on the seismicbearing capacity of the joints.Some suggestions for engineering design and application are put forward.
