Abstract/Summary:
Excavator is the main machinery equipment in digging rocks and earth.Based on the wide range of the use of excavator,it could create high value,and excavator plays an important part in energy,communication,irrigation and water conservancy,construction of cities and towns and modern military.However,the working condition of excavator is poor,and load of excavator varies in a large range.In this condition,energy consumption of the digging motion is very large and the damage rate of parts is very high.It is vital for improving the overall performance of excavator to carry out researches to seek for a more effective and reasonable way that could improve the working efficiency of the excavator.Vibration excavator is excavator with shock excitation which could provide a vibrating digging force.Vibrating digging force increases earth-breaking ability and lower the earth-resistant force significantly which improving working efficiency of the excavator.Therefore,carrying out researches of vibration excavator and putting it into market could contribute to a great meaning for productivity improvement,energy saving and environment protection.So this essay discusses it from following:(1)Based on Column principle,drag reduction mechanism of vibratory digging and how to reduce the cutting resistance in vibratory tool are conducted.Digging mechanism and vibration model of vibratory excavator can be concluded.(2)According to the research of vibratory digging mechanism,vibration reconstruction over the normal excavator arm is finished.Through the comparison of different vibration,hydraulic excitation is selected to be the excitation way vibration of the system.Reshaping the bucket rod and bucket and setting an additional excitation part based on vibration excavator rules.The frequency and amplitude of digging arm can be modified in a range.(3)Modal analysis and strength analysis of the whole system and vital parts(lifting arm,bucket rod,bucket and swing part)can be carried out.Modal analysis is used to provide a reference for the vibratory digging system to reduce the resonance.Strength analysis is used to verify the validity and reliability of the parts of the vibratory excavator.(4)With working parameters as the experiment objects,orthogonal test in different parameters in clayed earth and sandy earth can be done.By setting the value of frequency,amplitude and speed of digging,experiments in different working conditions can be finished.Then the best working parameters combination can be got from the digging experiments.(5)Comparison experimental analysis of common digging and vibratory digging is been proceeded.By measuring the value and variation of resistant force of common digging and vibratory digging,the quantifying advantage of vibratory digging in reducing resistance can be got.Putting more efforts on the research and development of vibratory excavator,and putting it into practice contribute a lot on improving the performance of excavator,the level of domestic digging equipment and energy saving and emission reduction.Vibration excavator system designed by our research group shows an extreme advantage in resistance force reducing which lays a foundation of vibration excavator’s subsequent research and promotion.
