Thin walled blades have been widely used in the fields of aviation and aerospace engineering,with the advantages of light weight and high strength.However,due to the low stiffness of thin-walled parts,elastic deformation is easy to occur under the action of cutting force.To this end,this paper focuses on improving the machining accuracy of thin walled blades.In this paper,with ball end milling cutter for five axis flank milling of thinwalled blades as the research object,the establishment of the first coordinate of the cutter and the workpiece,on the adjacent cutting tool center point matrix transformation,based on the analysis of the undeformed chip thickness model established chip thickness vector expression,and the transform relation between the cutting tool and the workpiece coordinate system transformation and different local workpiece coordinate system,associative computing two cutter knife center,gets a cut chip thickness of analytical expressions.Secondly,according to the modeling of the milling force of the five axis side milling of the ball end milling cutter,the simulation of the milling forces under different milling conditions was carried out,and the change of the milling force under different machining parameters was studied.Aluminum alloy thinwalled blade as an example,the method based on finite element analysis of blade machining deformation of the established thin blade machining deformation prediction of finite element model,analyzes its deformation situation in different materials and different thickness,deformation rules are obtained.Finally,the generation mechanism of the dynamic surface position error is studied,and the dynamic machining error caused by the forced vibration on the machined surface is obtained by using the method of harmonic balance.The influence of parameters such as spindle speed,radial depth of cutting on the dynamic surface position error is studied,and the experimental verification is carried out.The rules and the dynamic surface location error of deformation of thinwalled parts machining,is of great significance to improve the machining precision of thin-wall parts,suppression and reducing the machining process of machining deformation,dynamic surface location error.
