CZTS solar thin-film battery is a new type of semi-conductor photovoltaic devices based on Cu(In,Ga)Se2(CIGS)thin-film solar cells.At present most of the studies are carried out by means of vacuum or non-vacuum approach to produce CZTS thin films and assemble battery,improving the efficiency and relevant performance of the battery.Respectively in this paper,on the basis of predecessors' work,the selection of CuSO4·5H2O(Cu(N03)2·3H20)?ZnSO4·7H20?(Zn(N03)2·6H20)?SnCl2·H20 as a source of copper,zinc,tin and sulfur sources,the preparation of the CZTS(copper zinc tin sulfur)precursor sol becomes possible,and then through sol-gel method,preparation of the CZTS,Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4(CZTSSe)film and the corresponding semiconductor photovoltaic devices,and its performance is analyzed.In this paper,the main research contents include the following:1 By adopting the method of sol-gel of sulfide(after annealing when not adding sulfur source)and using C2H6O as solvent,metal organic salt as raw materials,preparation of CZTS thin films is made.The generated CZTS thin-film surface is smooth,tight and there is no gap;the sulfur content of thin film is less,so we can increase the percentage of the sulphur in the film by controlling the annealing process.Through an analysis of annealing,we can draw the conclusion that the best annealing temperature is 250?,pre annealing practice 50s.By analyzing annealing,we know that the best annealing temperature is 500?,and annealing time 30s.2 For preparation of CZTS thin-film solar cell performance analysis,it is found that increasing curing temperature can improve the quality of thin film crystallization,and thus it can improve the battery open circuit voltage.Buffer layer is studied in the CdS of different thickness on properties of CZTS thin film solar cells,and it is found that the highest conversion efficiency can reach 4.3%.Exploring the sol-gel contactless sulfide generated CZTS thin film battery,the battery conversion efficiency to a certain extent is 2.3%,while the corresponding efficiency is not high,because the process is easy to implement,but this way has a certain application value.3 Through sol-gel selenide way after successfully generating CZTSSe films,and compared to classic craft,we abandoned the steps of vulcanization.And based on the making craft of CZTSSe films,successfully designed the CZTSSe batteries,conversion efficiency reached 2.95%,so this technology is feasible.This paper established a preparation of CZTS green pollution-free CZTSSe thin-film materials and technology.The preparation method has low cost,good quality,high absorption rate,etc.A CZT(S,Se)thin-film solar cell has good development prospects.And the results showed that CZTS thin-film solar cell conversion efficiency still need further optimization.
