Inverter air conditioning,frequency refrigerators have become the main device for each family,and the usage is also growing,but also brought a lot of harmonic pollution,in addition,such devices mainly using DC inverter compressor inverter compressor COP values improve energy conservation has a direct proportional relationship,air conditioning,refrigerator primary means of reducing power consumption.Now,the inverter air conditioner,inverter refrigerator are adopt PFC technology bridge,with the development of technology and more and more people study bridgeless topology and control strategy,in order to further improve the overall efficiency of the system and solve the power harmonic pollution issue,there will be no bridge PFC technology to inverter air conditioner,inverter refrigerator can meet the country's energy-saving regulations,the promotion of energy-saving technological innovation and progress is important.Working paper focuses on the non-bridge PFC technology expand,we propose a new type of high-performance bridgeless PFC topology,and the use of fuzzy PI algorithm to the simulation analysis and research,to build a bridgeless PFC experimental circuit realized variable speed compressor drive system power pre-AC / DC function,while the use of new non-bridge PFC presents a highly efficient driving scheme applicable to the inverter compressor,and its experimental platform were analyzed.The main contents are:(1)review the various existing bridgeless PFC topology,analyzes and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of each topology,summarizes the development trend of bridgeless PFC.(2)A novel bridgeless PFC topology,single-cycle control theory be analyzed.(3)Details of the fuzzy PI control algorithm,and through MATLAB SIMULINK for bridgeless PFC topology simulation results demonstrate that the system power factor corrected.(4)Based on these simulations,the experimental circuit given in detail the specific steps and parameter selection,introduces the corresponding software control flow,build experimental demonstration experiment hardware circuit.(5)analysis of the dynamic model and the compressor inverter compressor test platform proposed bridgeless PFC technology for solutions to the inverter compressor drive systems and experimental platform for experimental analysis,the experimental results show that the program correctness and feasibility.Through comprehensive analysis and discussion of the theory and practice of bridgeless PFC topology and control technology of the above,the findings show that no bridge PFC sufficient performance for applications bridgeless PFC topology and control strategy provides a reliable theoretical and realistic basis,has important significance.
