In order to ensure the different needs of the power grid in people's daily production and living processes,the country's requirements for the power grid are becoming more and more stringent.At present,two rules are often used to evaluate the level of capacity of the relevant aspects of the power grid within a certain scope.The thermal power plants at all levels are able to meet The basic evaluation criteria are to add units to the grid system,which will enable the system to have the AGC function.According to the investigation and analysis by the relevant authoritative departments,the size of the unit capacity has a great correlation with the rate of adjustment of the load size and the adjustment accuracy in the normal operation process,and the capacity size is proportional to the two aspects,that is,the larger the capacity.The faster the load regulation rate of the unit in the daily work process is,the higher the accuracy of the adjustment,and vice versa the slower the load regulation rate and the lower the adjustment accuracy.For smaller capacity units,especially for medium-speed direct-fired small-scale mills,the smaller the capacity of these two,the more important reason is that the time for the boilers to enter a strong combustion is longer,and the heat storage for small units is usually longer.The ability is not strong enough,so its adjustment process is also relatively dull.Small-capacity generating units are incapable of catching up with large-capacity generating units in many aspects,but its use in real life is very extensive.In order to enable small-capacity generating units to better serve people's production and life,in order to make small-capacity units able to meet The country's assessment requirements,reform of FM technology for small capacity units has become an imminent issue in the industry.In this paper,the automatic power generation control optimization scheme of the joint frequency regulation between the energy storage system and the 200 MW thermal power unit is described,and the conventional AGC coordinated control scheme is compared with the existing drawbacks.After the energy storage system is added to the generator set system,the CCS side uses the modified door tuning curve in the data analysis process.The main frequency tuning measures used include adjusting the main tuning PID parameters of the boiler and the steam turbine,and adjusting the boiler before After the feed coefficient,boiler coal feed forward increase,turbine command feed forward soft landing logic,modification of DEH control curve,etc.,the unit has greatly improved the adjustment accuracy,response time,and adjustment rate.And smoothly respond to grid dispatch instructions,balance grid frequency,and the unit's AGC compensation quota has also been greatly improved.For the commonly used methods of energy storage and frequency modulation in thermal power plants,this paper mainly studies the quality of this type of frequency modulation method from a qualitative point of view,and also analyzes in detail the conditions in which this type of frequency modulation method satisfies two detailed specifications.The frequency modulation method discusses changes in power consumption during the adjustment process.Through corresponding experiments,it is proved that the method of energy storage and frequency modulation has no obvious effect on the economic performance of the boiler,but it also analyzes the various effects of this method for the entire power generation system and presents them in a categorical manner for various problems.solution.The MW-class energy-storage-fired coal-fired combined frequency-tuning mentioned in this paper is a relatively advanced new technology.It is rarely used in thermal power plants at home and abroad.Therefore,this new technology can be said to improve the AGC quality of coal-fired power generation units.A brand new exploration.In the trial process of this paper,this new technology has greatly helped the entire unit in terms of load regulation,and can significantly improve the economic benefits of these units during normal operation.The FM method has been applied in the thermal power plants.It is worth noting that this is the first attempt of the technology in the frequency regulation of domestic thermal power units.It lays the foundation for the healthy development of the thermal power storage frequency modulation technology in the future.
