High voltage transmission lines and substations are working in high voltage and high temperature environment for a long time.In order to ensure the safety and reliability of electricity and improve the maintenance level of power system,it is necessary to use infrared temperature measurement and ultraviolet detection technology to carry out non-power,real-time and safe and efficient inspection of electric power equipment.In view of the above requirements,this paper designs a vehicle power inspection system based on infrared and ultraviolet detection technology for the inspection of substation and high voltage transmission lines.The system uses infrared fault diagnosis technology,ultraviolet detection technology and autonomous positioning navigation technology as the core.The infrared,ultraviolet and visible light sensors are integrated on the high precision gyroscope stable platform,and the vibration of the vehicle is isolated to ensure the stable and clear picture of the sensor inspection.The high sensitivity refrigerating infrared thermal imager is used to take into consideration the imaging and temperature measuring requirements of different detection distances for transmission and substation inspection.The main work of this article is as follows:1.Design the overall development plan of the vehicle electric power inspection system based on infrared and ultraviolet detection technology,complete the function module division and the design of the inspection process of the transmission line and the substation.2.Complete the design and debugging of infrared,ultraviolet and visible light sensors,and calibrate infrared temperature,completing the integration and debugging of photoelectric towers.3.Design and debug the autonomous positioning and navigation system based on GPS and laser radar to realize the recognition and location of the power equipment.4.Design and debug the display control record component,realize the communication and data crosslinking in the car and outside module,design and debug the ground data analysis and processing system,and realize the replay of the inspection data,the fault analysis and the data management.5.Set up the experimental conditions of the internal field simulation inspection,complete the test test of the system function and performance,complete the field inspection test on the field,and verify the correctness and feasibility of the system function,technical parameters and system design.
