With the development of oil field exploitation,the number of complex oil wells,such as horizontal wells,highly-deviated wells,sandy and waxy oil wells are increasing,this condition put forward higher request for oil production technology,so low-speed and high-torque submersible permanent magnet synchronous motor(SPMSM)directly drives progressing cavity pump(PCP)is gradually becoming popularized in oil fields.SPMSM works in thousands of meters underground,the temperature is high and the cooling condition is bad,it is likely to lead to winding burn out or permanent magnet demagnetization if the excessive temperature rise in motor,so the paper shows the relative research on temperature field of PMSM.First of all,analyzing and calculating the air gap lubricating oil of the SPMSM.The lubricating oil between stator and rotor is seen as viscous and incompressible fluid.Modeling,meshing,and setting boundary conditions for the lubricating oil based on the different protection mode of permanent magnets.After the analysis,lubricating oil flow state is more simple and the oil friction loss is lower with the thin stainless steel plate protecting permanent magnet.Studying the influence of temperature and speed on oil friction loss,providing a certain theoretical basis for the selection of the motor and the confirmation of the motor speed in a certain environment.Second,analyzing and calculating the copper loss,iron loss,and other friction loss of the SPMSM.Establishing a motor mathematical model according to the parameters,and demonstrating the effectiveness of the motor model through the analysis of no-load air gap flux density and no-load back-emf.According to fact that the resistivity changes with the temperature,getting the influence of the temperature on copper loss.Article adopts and analyses three iron loss calculation model in the rated conditions to calculate iron loss;Studying the influence of motor speed,load torque and temperature on the iron loss.Calculating the friction loss of alignment bearing and thrust bearing.Finally,analyzing and calculating the temperature field of SPMSM.Analyzing the way of heat transfer on the motor and putting forward some reasonable assumptions.Simplifying motor model,establishing three-dimensional model,and meshing.Importing the motor loss to the thermal model of motor.The motor is obtained temperature field and analyzation by the above work in the rated conditions.Studying the influence of external flow of crude oil as well as the selection of insulation materials on the temperature field of SPMSM.Designing and explaining the temperature field test plan of the SPMSM.
