With the expansion of the interconnection scale of the regional power grid,the power demand is increasing and the power grid operation is becoming more and more complicated.The risk of voltage stability in power system increases.This paper based on the methodology of security region comprehensively considers economy,security,reliability in order to provide reference for the actual operation planning of power grid.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)This paper defines the decision space of static voltage security region.The security region is constructed and the voltage amplitude constraint is considered.(2)In this paper,the online PMU data is used to determine the local index of node voltage stability,filter the nodes with weak voltage stability in the system.The key injection region with weak voltage node is determined through cross-correlation gain coefficient between the nodes.The static voltage stability domain boundary is quickly solved according to the critical condition of voltage instability in key injection regions.(3)This paper starts from the user's overall demand for substation construction,selects and calculates the corresponding indexes of different requirement.This method combines reliability analysis,analytic hierarchy process and total life cycle cost management method,to valuate different planning programs.This paper verified that the method proposed in this article is valid and accurate,which is based on a standard example.To some degree,the research work in this paper can provide planning suggestion for power system operation planner.
