Time-sharing of new energy vehicles is a green travel mode in the era of sharing.Most operators use one-way time-sharing leasing systems to fully meet the daily shortdistance travel needs of residents,and their leasing operations are convenient and immediate.Low-carbon environmental protection has achieved rapid development.However,during the entire operation of the leasing system,due to the mobility of the vehicles,the site has a problem of supply and demand imbalances,and scientific and reasonable forecasts of the demand for this new mode of travel can determine the scale of the leasing site for operators.Vehicle scheduling provides a certain data base to prevent the blind layout from causing the waste of the input vehicle.At the same time,it can realize the scheduling operation of the vehicles in the leasing system with the minimum cost,so that the user's car demand can be satisfied in time,which is more conducive to this new type.The promotion of travel methods.First of all,the new energy vehicle time sharing leasing operation includes two modes of two-way and one-way.The system can realize the functions of taking,using and returning the car.It is composed of four parts: the administrator monitoring system,the user terminal APP system,the vehicle terminal system and the intelligent charging management system.Secondly,the four types of travel modes of new energy vehicles,including timesharing,shared bicycles,network vehicles,and taxis,are used as the “Internet + mobile” travel mode.Based on the discrete survey data of residents,the new energy vehicles are leased on time.The layout mainly focuses on the restrictions of airports,hotels,residential areas,and scenic spots.The utility function of the MNL model based on the variable selection set for the time-varying leasing demand of new energy vehicles is determined.Through the collection and processing of residents' travel data,Solved the scale of its needs.Finally,combined with the classification of VRP problems and the characteristics of the time-sharing leasing system itself,it is determined that it belongs to a random dynamic demand,at the same time take delivery,complex vehicle scheduling problems with soft time windows.Then,based on the theory of the shaft-spoke network and the characteristics of the lease system itself including charging outlets and leased stations,a new axle-spoke-based new energy vehicle time-sharing lease scheduling system was constructed;considering this scheduling system,the arrival of vehicles and late arrival of vehicles were considered in the scheduling process.The total cost of scheduling generated by the cost and scheduling costs is the minimum goal to build a mathematical model.Simulate the location of charging network,lease site and random demand,adopt genetic-ant colony hybrid algorithm,solve the scheduling path of the axle-spoke new energy vehicle time-sharing lease scheduling system,and effectively determine the travel path of the dispatch vehicle.The hybrid algorithm saves 10.92% compared to the cost of scheduling a single genetic algorithm.The disaggregated MNL model adopted in this paper,the axle-spoke scheduling model constructed for the new energy vehicle time-sharing system,and the genetic ant colony algorithm used in this paper can provide theoretical guidance for travel demand forecasting and scheduling problem resolution.Practical application value.
