With the development of science and technology,the application of UAV has been paid more and more attention.In the field of aerial photography,because it has many advantages compared with manned aircraft,it is used as the preferred platform for aerial photography systems.A specialized aerial camera system includes cloud platforms,video cameras,graphic transmission and transmission equipment,and graphic transmission and receiving equipment.Like mobile phones,as a highly integrated system,drone manufacturers can use accessories of different quality and performance to assemble finished products that face different application fields and consumer levels.In this way,in the face of a variety of drones on the market,ordinary aerial photography enthusiasts and users are difficult to judge the quality of their shooting performance from a professional and objective perspective.For the production and development of drone companies,there is also a great need for a platform that can be used to collect and compare drone aerial camera performance data.In this paper,the image quality evaluation algorithm BRISQUE is mainly researched,and the improved BRISQUE algorithm based on natural statistical feature distribution histogram is applied to the design and implementation of UAV aerial image quality evaluation system.The background of image quality evaluation algorithm and the current situation domestic and abroad are first introduced.Then the related techniques and theories in the research of image quality evaluation algorithm are introduced.The BRISQUE algorithm based on natural statistical feature distribution histogram is studied comprehensively.After comparison,the algorithm has better performance than the original algorithm.Then the requirements of aerial image quality evaluation system for UAV are analyzed in detail.The overall design and architecture of the system are introduced in detail,the functional design and technical realization of each module in the system are elaborated,and the improved BRISQUE algorithm based on histogram of natural statistical characteristics is integrated into the system functions.Finally,the main functional modules of the system are tested and the test results are summarized.
