As the environmental problems and severe smoggy weather has become increasingly prominent in China,the emission limits of thermal power plants have been rapidly raised,treatment of flue gas pollutants has gradually become one of the difficulties for these plants.As one of the efficient flue gas treatment technologies,low-low temperature electric precipitation is a promising technology for flue gas treatment in thermal power plants.It is worth research and application.This paper analyzes the route selection of ultra-low emission technology and the relevant parameters setting of electric precipitation by analyzing the application cases of low-low temperature electric precipitation in environmental protection renovation projects and new construction projects.Through the air pollutant emission test of the machine unit and the comparative analysis of the unit discharge data before and after the transformation,it is proved that the dust removal efficiency rate of the low-low temperature electric precipitation is higher than 99.9%,and the dust concentration at the outlet of the dust collector can reach20 mg/m~3 or less.With the limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization equipment has a synergistic dust removal efficiency rate of more than 75%,and the dust emission concentration of the chimney outlet can reach 5mg/Nm~3 or less,so that the dust emissions of the coal-fired unit can meet the latest emission limit requirements.In view of the technical problems existing in low-low temperature electric precipitation,this paper conducts an in-depth research.It is calculated that the low-low temperature electric precipitation has good adaptability to most coal types in China.For coal types with a ratio of dust to sulfur of less than 50,it is necessary to adopt countermeasures such as blending coal,local anti-corrosion and air leakage rate controlling.It is reasonable to set the inlet flue gas temperature of the low-low temperature electric precipitation at about 90°C.However,problems such as poor ash flowability and poor ash conveying due to low-low temperature have not been solved,and further research is needed.This paper analyzes the advantages and problems of the electric precipitation technology with low-low temperature,and confirms that the technology meets the ultra-low emission requirements of coal-fired units.In the construction and transformation of electric precipitation in thermal power plants,it provides reference on technical route selection,engineering design,equipment selection and parameter setting.
