With the development of the economy and the improvement of people's living standards,each commodity needs to be marked with relevant information such as the date of manufacture,packaging is the carrier of information,and the identification of commodities is the realization of commodity packaging.A labeling machine is a machine that adds labels to a package or product.Not only does it have a good effect,but more importantly,it enables product tracking management.Especially in the pharmaceutical and food industries,labeling machines are an important part of product packaging.However,at present,the controller of the automatic labeling machine generally adopts a PLC,and the actuator adopts a servo motor or a pneumatic device,and the cost is high.On the other hand,due to the large number of control parameters of the automatic labeling machine,the parameter setting is unreasonable to affect the stability of the labeling machine operation.In the efficient labeling machine industry,the failure rate has always been the bottleneck of enterprise development.Therefore,in order to solve the above problems,this paper studies a low-cost,low failure rate automatic labeling machine control system.This paper first introduces the research background and significance of the automatic labeling machine.In the overall scheme design part of the labeling machine system,the working principle of the automatic labeling machine is described.According to the functional requirements of the flat box automatic labeling machine,the labeling is designed.The overall scheme of the machine system selects the core components and analyzes the acceleration and deceleration control methods of the stepper motor.Then,in the hardware part of the automatic labeling machine controller,the overall scheme of the automatic labeling controller hardware is designed.The controller MCU chip is selected,and the minimum system of STM32F103VCT6,controller power supply circuit and recovery wheel stepping are designed.Motor drive circuit,pressure gauge electromagnet drive circuit,input and output IO circuit,RS485,RS232 communication circuit and button digital tube circuit.Then,in the automatic labeling machine control software part,the overall functional requirements and software architecture of the control software are analyzed,and the main modules of the automatic labeling control system state machine,stepping motor control,RS485 Modbus communication,button digital tube processing,etc.are designed.Write program code to control the entire automatic labeling process.Finally,in the system debugging and optimization part,the neural network theory and its application are described,the test data of the actual operation of the labeling machine is analyzed,and the neural network model between the labeling machine system parameters and the labeling failure rate is established on MATLAB.The model is applied to optimize the system parameters,and the optimization parameters are verified on the actual system.The actual operation results of the labeling machine show that the flat box automatic labeling machine control system designed in this paper meets the design requirements in terms of cost and performance.It also shows that neural network theory has important guiding significance for parameter optimization of automatic labeling machine system.
