In the recent years,super high-rise buildings have sprung up globally with the rapid development of economy.As landmarks,super high-rise buildings can promote economic benefit.However,super high-rise buildings mean a dozen or dozens of working teams at the same time which may leads to poor coordination easily.This is the main reason why the result of workmates being slack or passing the buck at work.It makes the management of construction more difficult and challenging.The faster the progress it makes,the more investment it gets.It's significant to complete tasks in different stages efficiently and punctually with limited resource,so schedule and management of the progress become key points.As a new method of process management,Critical Chain Method has been adopted by more and more famous international companies to improve their management.Critical Chain Method advocates that project duration should be the time that subtracting safety time of each process from it.Meanwhile,Critical Chain Method takes a full consideration on the important role of resource constraint.It keeps the bottleneck resource for which is being disputed by many groups into balanced.After identifying critical chain,the reduced safety time can be set up at the end of critical chain and the connection between non-critical chain and critical chain by the form of Project Buffer and Feeding Buffer.This is to not only reduce the negative influence but also lower the risk of projects.Finally,the project can be completed successfully.DT program is one of the super high-rise programs under construction in Guangzhou.With more than 10 billion' s investment,it is built to be a comprehensive building with more functions than super five-star hotels,serviced apartments,grade-A offices,malls.From the progress of central refrigerating system of DT program,the articleuses the most optimistic time as the duration of processes by using Critical Chain Method and combining the characteristics of super high-rise buildings.Identifying Critical Chain,it has some comparison between the demand and supply of resource to find out the bottleneck resource.To apply the related ACTIM rules from heuristic algorithms to resorting the processes which scramble for resource,it is a solution to solve the problem of resource conflict.For the protection of critical chain,the project buffer and Feeding Buffer are set up separately at the end of critical chain and where critical and non-critical chain meet.While doing the calculation of buffer,it is more scientific to use the important coefficient,such as process complex coefficient,procedure important coefficient,risk elastic coefficient and so on.After being put into schedule,a scientific and reasonable calculation of buffer makes the schedule of critical chain be completed.In order to make sure the schedule of critical chain can be proceed as planned,the article proposes some related safeguards and monitor methods,for example,it especially emphasizes the monitor of buffers.In the end,the advantages of critical chain method can be shown up at duration and fee of between critical chain method and traditional schedule method.The writer would like to draw conclusions through the whole argument and discussion that may be helpful to the following process of this project's schedule management,finally the project can be handed over on the specific time.What's more,it is also delightful to offer a little inspiration to other projects.
