| Non-intrusive load decomposition technology is The latest advanced measurement technology in smart grid,which can decompose and identify user’s power comsumption details by analysing user’s total voltage and current,these details is of great significance to the user’s energy visualization,comprehensive energy consumption reduction and grid load shifting.Non-intrusive load decomposition technology includes three main research sections: decomposition algorithm,experimental platform and terminal device,so that we foces on the study of platform construction,terminal device driver programming and device detection in this paper.Firstly,a non-intrusive load decomposition algorithm based on load core decomposition characteristics is introduced,experimental platform and data acquisition software based on USB-6009 are developed in this paper.The experimental platform can simulate actual residents’ electricity consumption and provide operating environment for decomposition algorithm,data acquisition software can achieve current and voltage signal sampling and storage with different sampling frequency which can reach 24 KHz.The experimental platform and data acquisition software provide powerful auxiliary tools for the study of non-intrusive load decomposition technology.Secondly,in order to achieve a highly integration of non-intrusive load decomposition devices,drivers for non-intrusive load decomposition terminals NDTU based on STM32F407 are designed,which achieves continuous sampling at 800 Hz,LCD responsing buttons for human-computer interaction,GPRS transmission data,SRAM operating program,NOR Flash storage main program,EEPROM storage initial configuration for NDTU device.Finally,in order to improve the inspection efficiency of the NDTU device,the NDTU function detection software is developed by using DK-51 C three-phase source,which realizes the NDTU terminal ADC sampling coefficient check and calibration;GPRS communication,external storage and dial switch check;EEPROM information configuration and terminal number sequence setting;terminal official version program automatic/manual upgrade.It has proved that NDTU function detection software completes the inspection of 3 terminals every 2 minutes,and the speed is 20 times that of manual inspection,which greatly improves the efficiency of NDTU inspection. |
